In November 2022, Topa Contracting proudly became an Investor Partner with Tokata HR Solutions, embarking on a collaborative journey to enhance their Indigenous workforce. Tokata HR Solutions is thrilled to align forces with Topa Contracting, a company born from the partnership between FHQ Developments and Noble Construction Corp.

The story of Topa Contracting began with FHQ Developments Employment and Retention Services, where shared values and goals laid the foundation for a profound collaboration. The official Pipe and Signing Ceremony at the First Nations University of Canada in December 2018 marked the establishment of FHQ Noble Construction GP Ltd. This union was later rebranded as ‘Topa Contracting’ in June 2019, with “Topa” signifying “four” in both Lakota and Dakota languages.

Situated on Treaty 4 territory, Topa Contracting’s name embodies the essence of the number four, representing the cardinal directions, seasons, stages of life, and aspects of one’s being. The partnership is deeply rooted in the symbolism of the four quadrants of the medicine wheel.
