File Hills Qu’Appelle Tribal Council

FHQTC is the political and service organization for the Qu’Appelle Agency and the File Hills Agency, delivering programs and services to the 11 First Nations in the Treaty Four Territory.

The purpose of the File Hills Qu’Appelle Tribal Council is to:

  • Protect, Implement and Enforce Inherent Treaty Rights
  • Promote Self-Determination
  • Assist in the development of productive and safe communities
  • Provide technical and advisory services
  • Address the common interests of First Nations in an equitable and professional manner while respecting the priorities of culture.

The ministry facilitates a co-ordinated cross-government approach to attract investment and grow export markets. Indigenous Services Canada

Indigenous Services Canada (ISC) works collaboratively with partners to improve access to high quality services for First Nations, Inuit and Métis. Our vision is to support and empower Indigenous peoples to independently deliver services and address the socio-economic conditions in their communities.


Saskatchewan First Nation Economic Development Network

Established in 2012 as the Saskatchewan First Nations Economic Development Network, the SFNEDN was created organically through discussions among key First Nations economic development leaders who shared common goals and a vision for First Nations economic development in Saskatchewan.


Office of the Treaty Commissioner

The mandate of the Office of the Treaty Commissioner (OTC for short) is to facilitate a bilateral process to discuss treaty and jurisdictional issues between Saskatchewan First Nations and the government of Canada, with the government of Saskatchewan present as an observer.


Saskatchewan First Nation Natural Resource Centre of Excellence

A creation of the Lands and Resources Commission of the Federation of Saskatchewan Indian Nations (FSIN), the Centre of Excellence is mandated to provide support and work with First Nation communities in creating opportunities for the innovative, sustainable and environmentally responsible development of the natural resources within their lands and Indigenous territories.


Regina and District Chamber of Commerce

The Regina & District Chamber of Commerce has created a solid foundation for our local business community. We strive to provide our members with a trusted and valued business advocacy voice and educational support.
