Tribal Chief Jeremy Fourhorns

Jeremy is a proud member of Piapot and has lived on, or near the community his whole life. Jeremy grew up in the community until it came time for high school, where he then attended Qu’Appelle Indian Residential School. Jeremy earned a degree from the University of Regina in 2005. He then went on to work for the Saskatchewan Provincial government within the Ministry of Learning, then onto SaskGaming Corp in Human Resources and Corporate Affairs until 2010. Jeremy has been elected to the Piapot governing council table since 2008, serving in both the chief and council positions; and believes that having a strong foundation for community and economic development will lead to long-term benefits for the community of Piapot and its members.
