Chief Clarence Bellegarde – Little Black Bear First Nation

Chief Bellegarde is a member of the File Hills Qu’Appelle Tribal Council Executive Committee and the Economic Development sub-committee. Chief Bellegarde has had a very active political career and is a strong proponent for the wellbeing of his Community.
